Job description for EA Profile (Female Only) Coordinate Management Office communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and coordinating with Top Management. She/He will take active interest in the success of the company and act as a - right arm- to the MD\xe2\x80\x99s. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Performs other duties as required and/or assigned from time to time. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Ensure office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Keep updated records of office expenses and costs Maintaining daily/weekly planner for MD\xe2\x80\x99s and organizing internal/external meetings. Managing company email inbox and sending responses on behalf Attending meeting with MD\xe2\x80\x99s, taking meeting minutes and meticulous follow ups. Sending daily report and portfolio updating on daily basis. Daily reminders and updating on schedules time to time. Speed entry and processing bills for all travel and staying expenses Qualifications And Skills Required: 1. Graduate or equivalent qualification. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with various stake holders such as investors, directors, senior management or and other third-party vendors. 3. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access, strong research, presentation development and delivery skills. 4.Previous relevant experience in Real Estate/Finance/Housing Loan industry will be a plus. 5.
