Job Responsibilities: Handle outgoing calls to investors, exhibitors, startups, and business partners Explain expo details, business opportunities, franchise models, and event benefits Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and appointments with interested clients Provide administrative and executive support to management Maintain call records, leads data, and daily follow-up reports Assist in event coordination, registrations, and client communication Handle emails, WhatsApp communication, and basic documentation Support back-office work related to expo operations Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate (any stream preferred) Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp) Confident, polite, and professional calling skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment Experience in telecalling, customer coordination, or admin support is a plus Salary: As per interview and experience Preferred Candidate: Female candidate Local candidate from Ahmedabad preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn Email-hr1.rrmgt@gmail.com Contact-9081819471
