Job Responsibili
es:
1. Calendar & Appointment Management:
o Book and coordinate mee
ngs, client consulta
ons, and court dates for the
Founder Lawyer.
o Priori
ze and manage the founder's schedule to ensure efficient
me
management.
2. Client Interac
on:
o Handle client communica
ons, including calls, emails, and appointments,
ensuring confiden
ality and professionalism.
o Prepare and maintain records of client communica
ons and follow up as
required.
3. Legal Document Management:
o Assist in proofreading basic legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
as required by the Founder Lawyer.
o Maintain an organized filing system for case files, documents, and legal
paperwork.
o Prepare and manage legal documents for mee
ngs and client consulta
ons.
4. Office Staff & Office Management:
o Supervise office staff, including peons and drivers, ensuring smooth
day-to-day opera
ons.
o Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and
organized.
o Serving as primary liaison with service providers to ensure that the office
facili
es are in good order.
5. Travel and Mee
ng Arrangements:
o Make travel arrangements for the Founder Lawyer, including flight bookings,
hotel reserva
ons, and transporta
on.
o Coordinate travel schedules with business mee
ngs or court appearances.
6. Invoice & Financial Support:
o Issue invoices for legal services rendered and ensure
mely follow-ups on
payments from clients.
o Ensuring all of the financial transac
ons are monitored, verified and
recorded.
o Maintain basic accounts related to the firm's opera
ons.
o Assist with other administra
ve tasks related to financial documenta
on as
needed.
7. Note-Taking & Dicta
on:
o Take notes during mee
ngs, client calls, and court hearings, providing clear,
concise summaries when required.
o Assist in transcribing legal dicta
on for briefs, contracts, and other legal
documents.

making personal appointments, managing personal travel, or other

es outside the law firm's scope.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
