Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant cum Production Head for our

Schiffli Embroidery Division

. The ideal candidate must have

a decade or more of hands-on experience

in the Schiffli embroidery segment, with a proven track record in both production management and executive-level coordination. This dual-role position requires strong leadership, deep technical know-how of Schiffli machines, and the ability to act as a strategic liaison between top management and the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Serve as the right hand to the Director, providing high-level administrative and strategic support. Organize and manage calendars, meetings, and schedules; handle confidential correspondence and documents. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive review. Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups on strategic decisions. Support decision-making by providing insights based on production and operational data.

Production Head Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire Schiffli Embroidery production unit, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery. Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Supervise machine operators and technicians, ensuring optimum machine utilization and minimal downtime. Oversee quality assurance across production processes; implement SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage raw material inventory, procurement planning, and cost control for the embroidery division. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations within the unit. Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align production with customer expectations and innovation trends.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in

Schiffli Embroidery Division

(preferably in leadership/managerial roles).

Education:

Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Schiffli embroidery machines, programming, and maintenance protocols.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage both strategic and operational tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualities:

Prior experience working closely with top management or business owners. Exposure to international embroidery trends, buyers, and export-oriented production is an advantage. A proactive and ownership-driven attitude.
