Manage the daily schedule and appointments of the Director.
Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing and record-keeping.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries).
Act as liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
Follow up on pending matters and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Perform general administrative duties including answering calls, emails, and handling correspondences.
