This role is crucial for supporting senior leadership while ensuring legal and compliance matters are efficiently managed through a dynamic blend of executive assistance and legal insight, contributing to streamlined operations, informed decision-making, and overall organizational efficiency.
Specific responsibilities:
Executive support, calendar management, and meeting coordination
Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents
Liaising with external legal counsel and compliance teams
Ensuring all regulatory deadlines are met and filings are accurate
Confidential document handling and secure information management
Completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
Research prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, & support with senior management staff.
