Key Responsibilities
Handle office coordination and gradually manage outside communication.
Desk-based role involving daily coordination and admin tasks.
Check and reply to emails; manage official mail accounts.
Work on Google Sheets for data entry and updates.
Coordinate with HR companies for interviews.
Maintain team attendance and prepare monthly leave data.
Communicate messages and updates on behalf of the Directors.
Check employee reimbursements.
Take care of day-to-day administrative work.
