Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office operations, documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Assist management in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines.
Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and follow-up action lists.
Manage procurement, quotations, and billing-related coordination.
Ensure all project deadlines are met with quality and accuracy.
Handle emails, calls, and basic client communication professionally.
Support in presentations, reports, and proposal preparation.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills in verbal and writing
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
