Possess a strong understanding of the Land Reform Department and its compliance procedures, including mutation and conversion processes.
Diligently monitor legal and regulatory deadlines and proactively provide notices to appropriate parties.
Possess a solid basic knowledge of legal matters (highly desirable).
Demonstrate knowledge of Labour/Contractor Agreements and the Real Estate Registration process.
Assist with basic HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records and supporting recruitment processes.
Produce basic marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, online content, and social media posts to support the company's branding efforts.
Compile and distribute accurate weekly/monthly reports, communicating key results to the team to ensure company goals are being met.
Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to ensure timely responses and effective resolution of issues.
