Position : Executive Assistant Cum Admin

Qualifications : Graduate from good institute

Skills :

Must be presentable and good in english speaking
Organize data and experience in back office;
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms;
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; Develop and maintain a filing system
Must be able to handle admin
Provide general support to visitors

Must know excel

Must be able to support the MD on his customer follow up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Topsia, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
