Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare, proofread, and format documents, presentations, reports, and emails.
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Support with data entry, MIS reporting, and basic IT support where required.
Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and logistics.
Assist in project tracking and follow-up on action points from meetings.
Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.
