To act as a central coordination and execution support for the three co-founders by managing schedules, communication, follow-ups, and priority tasks--ensuring founders can focus on strategy, growth, and clients without operational distractions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Experience & Background


1+ year

experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder's Office role, or similar. Interns and freshers welcome as well (need to be eager to learn in a fast-paced environment) Experience working with

startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments

preferred. Prior experience supporting

multiple stakeholders

is a strong plus. Skills & Competencies


Excellent

organisation and time-management skills

Strong

written and verbal communication

High attention to detail and follow-through Ability to

handle pressure and shifting priorities

Discretion and confidentiality are non-negotiable Proactive mindset--anticipates needs, doesn't wait for instructions Tools & Tech
