To act as a central coordination and execution support for the three co-founders by managing schedules, communication, follow-ups, and priority tasks--ensuring founders can focus on strategy, growth, and clients without operational distractions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience & Background
1+ year
experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder's Office role, or similar.
Interns and freshers welcome as well (need to be eager to learn in a fast-paced environment)
Experience working with
startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments
preferred.
Prior experience supporting
multiple stakeholders
is a strong plus.
