As the group scales into multiple verticals and larger projects, the Chairman's office requires a high-caliber, confidential and execution-driven Executive Assistant who can operate as an extension of the Chairman himself.
This is not a clerical or diary-management role.
This is a core leadership support position that sits at the center of the organization's people, operations and decision flow.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant to the Chairman (Operations & People) will work directly with the Chairman on sensitive, high-impact matters across:
Human resources and hiring
Internal operations and administration
Financial and MIS coordination
Project and business tracking
External communication and follow-ups
You will act as the single point of control and execution for everything flowing into and out of the Chairman's office.
This role demands absolute confidentiality, sharp intelligence, and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary human resource working interface between the Chairman and internal teams ( finance, operations, sales, projects)
Handle confidential communication, documents, reports and instructions
Drive recruitment coordination - CV screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups and offer tracking
Track performance, targets, action items and deadlines across departments
Coordinate with Accounts and Finance for data, MIS, cash flow reports and follow-ups
Manage administrative systems, vendors, IT support and office infrastructure
Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards and management summaries
Follow up with senior managers to ensure execution of Chairman's directives
Maintain structured data, records and documentation for audits and reviews
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, hiring, reporting and decision support
Language & Communication Requirement
This is a Chairman-facing role and requires elite communication ability.
The candidate must be fluent in languages:
English - Mandatory and must be highly fluent
Tamil - Preferred
Telugu - Preferred o Multi lingual candidate will be highly preferred
You will be dealing with senior management, site teams, vendors, consultants and external partners -- language confidence is non-negotiable.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Should be able to quickly learn or handle commercial functions and should be capable of multi-tasking role
Excellent written and spoken communication
High level of confidentiality and professional ethics
Very strong MS Office skills -- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to prepare MIS, reports, trackers and presentations
Comfort with AI tools for CV screening, drafting, analysis and automation
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Sharp follow-up discipline and execution mindset
Business maturity to interact with senior leadership
Qualification & Experience
Experience: 3 to 5 years in executive support, HR, operations, administration or business coordination
MBAs in HR, Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing etc.
Engineers with strong organizational and people-handling skills will also be considered
