Handle confidential information related to pricing, strategies, incentives, and business plans with high discretion.
Support the NSM in planning product dispatches, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring timely order execution for key accounts.
Draft professional communication, emails, meeting minutes, and action plans; ensure timely closure of assigned tasks by regional teams.
Provide administrative support including expense management, vendor coordination, travel reimbursements, and documentation related to sales operations.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, performance trackers, monthly forecasts, and follow-up sheets for sales targets and conversions.
Assist in creating presentations, proposals, tender documents, and product-related documentation for client meetings and internal reviews.
Track and follow up on key sales initiatives, lead status, dealer performance, pending orders, and payment collections to support decision-making.
