We are looking for an experienced and highly organized
Personal Assistant to the CEO
to support both professional and personal tasks. This is a dynamic role that combines executive-level assistance with personal support, requiring flexibility, discretion, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers)
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond on behalf of the CEO
Prepare reports, presentations, official documents, and meeting briefs
Take dictation and maintain detailed meeting minutes
Handle personal errands such as shopping, pickups, or other daily tasks
Maintain and organize files, supplies, and office systems
Conduct research for projects or upcoming meetings
Handle confidential documents with utmost professionalism and discretion
Provide flexible support based on CEO's evolving needs
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience
as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
, Outlook, and
shorthand
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
Trustworthy, professional, and discreet with sensitive information
Willingness to travel
with the management team as and when required
