We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant
with a strong background in
marketing
to support our Business Unit Head. This is a hybrid role that combines executive-level administrative responsibilities with active involvement in marketing initiatives, content creation, and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand initiatives, email campaigns, and digital strategies.
Help track marketing metrics, campaign performance, and conduct competitor analysis.
Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
Prepare and organize briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the executive.
Coordinate logistics for board meetings, internal reviews, and external stakeholder engagements.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
23 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Marketing role, with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership.
Strong understanding of marketing, digital platforms, and branding.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and marketing tools such as
HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp
, or similar.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
