Role Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will support leadership and manage day-to-day operations. The role includes coordination, documentation, communication, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily operational activities and ensure timely execution
Support senior management with scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Track tasks, prepare project updates and maintain documentation
Manage office operations such as vendor coordination, meeting scheduling and internal communication
Assist with process improvements and ensure SOPs are followed
Skills Required
Strong coordination, planning & execution skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proactive approach and ownership mindset
Good knowledge of MS Office & reporting
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
