to join our team as a Client & Order Management Executive. The role involves
managing client communications, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining accurate Excel-based order sheets, and coordinating with internal staff
to provide clients with smooth and reliable service.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, good at multitasking, and enjoys building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update
Excel-based order sheets
daily.
Take
regular follow-ups from staff
and provide timely updates to clients.
Ensure proper
coordination between clients and internal teams
(sales, production, dispatch).
Handle client queries and resolve issues with a proactive approach.
Track order progress, delivery timelines, and maintain data accuracy.
Support management in smooth client servicing and reporting.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(Formulas, Data Sorting, Basic Pivot Tables).
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English & Hindi).
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Prior experience in textiles/fabric industry will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum
1 year of relevant experience
in client coordination/order processing.
Freshers with strong Excel skills and eagerness to learn are also welcome.
