As anExecutive Assistant includes Follow Up, Generating various Reports, calendar updating, taking phone calls and messages, sending emails, presentations, capturing notes in meetings, and many other related tasks.
Job Location: Bahadurgarh
Role & Responsibilities:

? Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
? Answer phone calls, Follow up and to provide information to clients or connect clients to appropriate people
? Schedule appointments and update calendar
? Make travel arrangements and reservations.
? Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
? Develop and maintain a filing system
? Create spreadsheets, presentations and various reports.

Qualification, Skills & Attributes:
? Proven work experience of 3-5 years as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Administrative Assistant or Senior Teacher - Computer / English Subjects
? In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
? Hands on experience with MS Office
? Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong organizational and time-management skills
? Bachelors or Master's Degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be an advantage Experience 3 - 5 Years
Salary 2 Lac 75 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A.
