Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle emails, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Assist in planning and monitoring company projects and operations.
Maintain strong coordination with department heads and staff.
Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and follow-ups.
Draft professional correspondence and maintain confidential records.
Prioritize tasks and ensure smooth workflow for the Director.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Hindi).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
