Job Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation as required.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Assist in travel planning, bookings, and itineraries.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access and confidentiality.
Support in follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
Handle office-related administrative support whenever required.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional, trustworthy, and presentable.
