Manage and maintain the Executive Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Act as the point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external clients.
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
Organize and maintain the Executive Director's filing system.
Arrange executive travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
Take minutes at meetings and distribute to relevant staff.
Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure.
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
