Hiring for an Executive Assistant with one of the leading NGO firm based in Andheri East.
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Assisting the CEO with his daily calendar and daily tasks management.
? Manage meeting schedule & keep the record of MOM (Minutes of meeting)
? Coordinate with all teams and report to the CEO.
? Assist in accomplishment of organisational strategic objectives,
? Assist in the preparation and organising of all projects material or events.
? Keep record of all project movement & update daily growth of CEO.
Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
