Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning workplace.
Manage front-desk activities, visitor coordination, and housekeeping supervision.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and procurement.
2. Facility & Asset Management
Coordinate facility maintenance, electrical/IT issues, and repairs with vendors.
Maintain records of company assets like laptops, ID cards, access cards, and other inventory.
Supervise office equipment such as printers, biometric systems, CCTV, etc.
3. Vendor & Procurement Management
Liaise with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, repairs, and AMC services.
Negotiate pricing and ensure timely procurement within budget.
Process vendor bills, quotations, and maintain documentation.
4. Travel & Logistics
Coordinate employee travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs).
Support logistics arrangements for company events, meetings, and conferences.
5. Administration Documentation
Maintain admin-related files, agreements, and records.
Prepare reports on expenses, consumption, maintenance schedules, etc.
Handle courier services (incoming/outgoing) and maintain MIS reports.
6. HR & Operations Support
Assist in onboarding new joiners (ID cards, seat allocation, workstation setup).
Support HR in employee engagement activities and office events.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to admin and facility management.
7. Safety & Compliance
Monitor adherence to safety, hygiene, and fire safety guidelines.
Coordinate with building management/landlord for facility-related matters.
