Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant (EA)
to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, maintaining confidentiality, and working closely with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Management Support
Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments for senior management
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups
Handle official correspondence, emails, and internal communication on behalf of management
Act as a communication bridge between leadership and internal teams
Administrative & Office Coordination
Assist in organizing office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
Maintain records, documents, and confidential files in an organized manner
Coordinate with internal departments for approvals, updates, and reporting
Support travel planning, meeting logistics, and basic arrangements when required
Staffing & Internal Coordination Support
Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and employee coordination
Maintain employee records, attendance data, and internal trackers
Support Team-related coordination tasks as assigned by management
Handle confidential employee and company information responsibly
Zoho Tools & System Support- optional
Update and maintain data on Zoho tools (People, CRM, Projects as applicable)
Track attendance, tasks, and generate basic reports for management review
Assist in maintaining internal dashboards and operational data
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in Management, Commerce, HR, or a related field
Fresher or candidates with up to one year of experience
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of office tools and documentation
Familiarity with Zoho tools is an advantage but not mandatory
Disciplined, proactive, and comfortable working with senior leadership
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
