What you'll do:

Direct administrative and management support to the Head of Analytics and AI, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence with key stakeholders. Liase between the leadership team and other parties, event management, coordination with vendors, team onboarding, and general team support. Support procurement, billing, managing purchase orders, and create third party RFPs. Work closely with the chief of staff, collaborate across roles, functions and teams including management office counterparts in other countries and customers/partners when needed. Maintain top-level process knowledge and distribution lists, prepare org charts, meeting minutes, presentation materials, media, documentation, and conference/meeting coordination. Support small to medium project activities and strategic initiatives.

What you bring:

2-5+ years relevant experience as a team or executive assistant Professional experience in fast-paced IT environment is a plus Knowledge of SAP Systems (such as Ariba, Fieldglass) is a plus Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools with strong multimedia skills (presentation, video, written) Excellent communication skills on all management levels Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, build and leverage relationships in global teams Pro-active, motivated, aware, results-oriented, self-starting individual, who actively looks for ways to contribute. University degree in a related field
