Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive support to the Director. This is a critical, multi-faceted role for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage complex schedules, and handle confidential information with integrity. The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact and representative for the Director, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
Communication Management:
Act as the first point of contact, professionally handling all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Time and Schedule Management:
Proactively manage the Director's complex calendar, including scheduling, prioritising, and coordinating all internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel.
Meeting Support:
Set up timely reminders for all meetings. Attend, prepare materials for, and occasionally conduct small, internal follow-up meetings or briefings on the Director's behalf.
Information & Reporting:
Collect, compile, and summarise reports and critical information from various company employees and departments as directed by and on behalf of the Director.
Administrative & Personal Support:
Handle a variety of general administrative duties and execute pre-approved personal tasks for the Director, demonstrating a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
Logistics:
Manage occasional local transportation needs, including driving the Director.
Documentation:
Maintain meticulous and organised records, files, and confidential documents.
Multi-tasking & Prioritisation:
Continuously assess priorities and execute multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure the smooth operation of the Director's workflow.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum of
2 years of professional experience
in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar high-level support role.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) from a recognised institution.
Integrity:
Must demonstrate absolute honesty, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Professionalism:
Impeccable professional demeanour, presentation (formal dress code required), and strong communication skills.
Driving Ability:
Must possess a valid driving license and be comfortable driving a car when required.
Age:
Candidate should be between the ages of
25 and 30
years.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling software.
