Job Description

Executive Assistant role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring effective coordination between different departments and teams, also maintaining smooth office functionality, managing office supplies, scheduling, and assisting in various administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing communication (emails, phone calls, mail). Assist in preparing reports and documents. Manage office schedules and appointments. Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital). Prepare and manage office-related documentation. Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and operational.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills (English, Tamil, Hindi). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
