We are looking for a proactive and well-organized professional to support our Director in the role of an Executive Assistant. The candidate will also manage administrative and compliance-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for the Director and manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Handle official communication including emails, calls, and documentation.
Manage administrative tasks such as office coordination, records, and vendor communication.
Support compliance-related activities including documentation, filings, and internal coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
