Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant Support
Act as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, MIS, and minutes of meetings (MoM).
Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and sensitive information with discretion.
Track action points from meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Assist in decision-making by providing data, reports, and operational insights.
2. Administrative & Office Management
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the factory .
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, facility management, and housekeeping services.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments for smooth operations.
Maintain statutory, audit, and compliance-related documentation (as required).
Support internal audits, customer audits, and management reviews.
Handle travel bookings, reimbursements, and administrative records.
3. Culture Development & Employee Engagement
Actively promote organizational values, discipline, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement culture.
Support implementation of company policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
Organize employee engagement initiatives such as festival celebrations, suggestion schemes, and recognition programs.
Facilitate communication between management and shop-floor employees.
Support onboarding and induction programs to instill company culture from day one.
Assist HR in implementing initiatives related to workplace ethics, discipline, attendance, and productivity.
4. Coordination & Communication
Ensure effective communication across departments and between management and employees.
Draft professional emails, notices, circulars, and internal communications.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, auditors, and government bodies when required.
Represent company in exhibitions.
Handling Social media marketing campaigns and posting.
5. Continuous Improvement & Special Assignments
Assist in implementation of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support management in special projects, strategic initiatives, and operational reviews.
Identify gaps in administrative and cultural practices and suggest improvements.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
