About the Role



We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented

Female Executive Assistant

who will manage coordination, documentation, and daily process support for our Mumbai branch from our Noida Technical Centre.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good command over MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role acts as a key link between the Head Office and the Mumbai branch, ensuring smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate day-to-day communication between Noida Head Office and Mumbai Branch. Maintain branch-related reports, documentation, and operational records. Prepare and share MIS reports, schedules, daily trackers, and status updates. Support management in monitoring branch tasks, follow-ups, and workflow processes. Assist in inventory & stock updates for the Mumbai branch. Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for branch-related activities. Handle calls, emails, and calendar scheduling for branch operations. Provide administrative and coordination support to the technical and sales teams. Ensure timely completion of documentation, reporting, and process requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills



Education:

BA / B.Com preferred

(Graduates with administrative or management background will be given priority). Experience: 0-2 years (freshers encouraged to apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

. Strong coordination skills and ability to work independently. High attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership of tasks. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
