Job Summary:
Aadrik Distributors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a smart and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level support to management in scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination.
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments effectively.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Excel and MS Office tools.
Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of management.
Maintain records, data, and confidential information accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders as required.
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure office operations run efficiently. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Admin / Coordinator.
Strong knowledge of Excel and computer applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Benefits:
