The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring smooth business operations.
1. Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director and Operations Head. This role requires excellent coordination, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Administrative & Executive Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and calls.
Prepare minutes of meetings and ensure follow-ups on action points.
Draft and review emails, letters, and presentations.
Handle confidential documents and maintain organized records.
Coordinate travel plans, bookings, and daily scheduling.
B. Operational Support
Assist the Operations Head with daily workflow, updates, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, HR, Legal, Site Teams, Vendors).
Track project timelines, tasks, and operational activities.
Support in documentation, agreements, approvals, and reports.
C. Communication & Client Handling
Act as the point of contact between leadership and employees/clients.
Maintain timely and professional communication.
Organize client meetings, site visits, and internal review sessions.
D. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Maintain organized records of documents, files, and approvals.
Draft internal notes, project updates, and official communication.
3. Skills & Competencies
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Excellent organization & multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Professionalism, confidentiality & discipline
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
4. Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any field
2-3 years' experience as EA/Admin/Coordinator preferred
Experience in real estate industry will be an advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
5. Salary
Rs.20,000/- to 35,000/-
or Hike on current salary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
