The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the senior management, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules, meetings, communications, and daily operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for senior executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and official letters.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records.
Liaise with internal departments and external clients or vendors as needed.
Assist in project tracking, report preparation, and follow-up actions.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow for executives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional attitude, confidentiality, and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in corporate or industrial setup.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Good written and verbal English skills.
