We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Executive Architect

to join our dynamic team at our AC Market office. The selected candidate will play a vital role in designing and managing architecture projects, from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Create architectural designs, plans, and working drawings. Coordinate with clients to understand design needs and incorporate feedback. Work with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software to develop high-quality presentations and technical documents. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, engineers, and contractors. Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and project timelines. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. 2-5 years of architectural experience preferred. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Knowledge of building regulations, materials, and construction techniques. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
