Job Description

Job Location- Gurgaon, Haryana
We are searching for an experienced senior architect for company's new construction
project. The Taj Resort & Spa, Alwar project is currently in the design phase and it’s
construction will begin by end of this year.
As the senior architect, you will mentor other Architects, coordinate with other consultants,
interpret client briefs, and review contracts and designs. You should have strong leadership
skills, extensive knowledge of CAD software, and the ability to handle issues at site.

Senior Architect Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
• Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with different Consultant like Structure, MEP, Landscape, Interior.
• Coordinate with Internal team for Drawings development & Timely.
• Coordinate with external agencies like Model maker, 3D rendering agency.
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines,

application methods, and materials.

• Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and

helping them interpret design specifications.

• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
• Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills

and improve their industry knowledge.

• Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
• In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
• Any other task that assigned
