technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal engineering teams
to ensure correct product selection and successful application performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Technical Application Support
Study and understand customer applications based on:
Drawings
Motor specifications
Load, torque, RPM, and duty cycle
Select the most suitable
clutch, brake, voltage, torque rating, and mounting type
for each application.
Validate product suitability for performance, safety, and reliability.
2. Documentation & Technical Inputs
Prepare and provide:
Technical datasheets
Application notes
Product selection reports
Support the Sales team with:
Technical costing inputs
Product specifications for quotations and proposals.
3. Customer Interaction
Participate in technical discussions with customers to understand their application requirements.
Provide technical explanations and recommendations for product selection.
Support the Sales Manager in:
Technical presentations
Product trials
Sample approvals and testing.
4. Internal Coordination
Work closely with:
Design
Production
Quality
Ensure customer requirements are technically feasible and correctly translated into manufacturing and design inputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
.
3 to 5 years of experience in
industrial products, motors, clutches, brakes, drives, or automation systems
.
Strong understanding of:
Torque, RPM, load, duty cycle
Motor-driven and transmission systems
Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
