Conduct time studies and process flow analyses to identify bottlenecks in production and areas causing delays.

Collaborate with vendors to source or build necessary components and machinery based on requirements.

Develop prototypes of the custom machines and test them in real-world production conditions to validate performance.

Work with maintenance teams to establish preventive maintenance routines for the new machines to reduce downtime.

_Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure uniformity in production and quality control measures.
