Job Opening - Executive (Air Export / Air Import) - Mumbai

Role: Executive Department: Air Export / Air Import Experience Required: 3-5 Years Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive with hands-on experience in Air Export / Air Import operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of documentation, coordination with airlines and customers, the ability to handle day-to-day operations smoothly, and ensure compliance with logistics and customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage end-to-end Air Export / Air Import operations Prepare and verify shipping documents- Coordinate with airlines, customers, and internal teams Track shipments and ensure timely updates Maintain compliance with customs and regulatory procedures Resolve shipment issues and ensure smooth workflow

Skills Required:-

3-5 years of experience in Air Export or Air Import Strong communication and coordination skills Knowledge of logistics documentation & customs procedures Ability to handle operational challenges efficiently Knowledge of any logistics software.
