Position: Executive - EHS
Qualification: PDIS
Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Location: Kheda, Gujarat To Implement EHS Compliance:-

• To Conduct training on different EHS aspects at regular intervals to meet EHS Standards for all employees and workers.
• To identify unsafe acts and conditions and rectify them accordingly and generation of reports.
• To conduct Mock drill at regular intervals on various emergency scenarios
• Procurement of safety equipment and raise the PR for procurement of any safety equipment and materials.
• To Monitor PPE Compliance at Work place and necessary action for noncompliance (Penalty memo).
• Periodical Monitoring of fire Extinguishers along with checklist. Identify the proper root cause in case of any deviation.
• Accident/Incident Investigation reports and suggesting CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) for the same.
• To Maintain and ensure PPE\'s, Fire Extinguishers, First Aid etc
• To ensure ambulance is fully serviceable and in full operational readiness to tackle any emergent situations.
• To ensure work permit system in entire factory

2. To comply the Statutory Requirements as per Laws and Rules

• Implementation of the requirements of EP Act 1986, Air Act 1981, Water Act 1974, Noise Act 1972, and all the Rules made there under.
• EC, CTO and CCA Compliance with Utility & Engineering.
• To update and review the Onsite emergency plan and HIRA register on regular frequency.
• To Prepare annual EHS budget to concern with AVP HR
• To Prepare capex of safety equipment
• To Prepare checklist of Safety equipment like fire extinguishers ,first aid boxes etc on regular frequency.
• To prepare Incident/Accident trending report yearly and monthly.
