Job Description

Reporting To: -

  • Managing Partner at LLP
  • Head - AccountSupports at HO level.
Job Responsibilities: Admin Related:
  • Assets Management & records
  • Office Maintenance -housekeeping, security, AMCs etc.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Material Handling (Drugs, Media & Consumables).
  • Liaisoning with Govt bodies.
  • Co-ordination with HO on HR related matters such as employee attendance, leave records, travel & hotel booking arrangements etc.
  • Any other admin work as directed by Center Head and or Doctor.
Accounts Related:
  • Invoicing & Collection from patient
  • Banking Activities (basic deposit & withdrawals)
  • Indent & PO Processing
  • Stock Keeping (Drugs, Media & Consumables)
  • Petty Cash Expenses
  • Drug/Media/Consumables Stock Maintenance
  • MIS Reports - weekly/monthly/fortnightly
  • Maintenance of Audit documents.
Ledger tally of key vendors at centers.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Agra, Agra - 282005, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
