Responsibilities1. Build, manage, and scale the affiliate partner network 2. Recruit new affiliates (bloggers, influencers, publishers, agencies)3. Manage affiliate onboarding, tracking links, payouts, and performance4. Optimize affiliate campaigns to increase leads/sales5. Monitor KPIs: traffic, conversions, CAC, ROI6. Coordinate with content, SEO, and paid marketing teams7. Prevent fraud and ensure compliance with brand guidelinesRequirements1. Proven experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing2. Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ, Partnerize, Everflow, etc.)3. Strong negotiation & relationship management skills4. Data-driven mindset with reporting and analytics skills5.
