Key Responsibilities:
Handling New Brand Leads: Engage with 60-70 potential brand partners daily through calls and emails to drive onboarding for Swiggy Instamart Ads.
Client Support & Communication: Provide timely, professional support to clients and assist with advertising solutions and campaign best practices.
Campaign Management: Oversee setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare client-ready reports and insights.
Ad Operations: Manage ad trafficking, creative assets, and ensure timely, accurate campaign delivery.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and optimization of campaigns.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational or campaign-related issues promptly.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain adherence to internal and industry standards.
Key Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
1+ year of experience in Ad Operations or client-facing roles
Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Good command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Familiarity with digital advertising KPIs and measurement metrics
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
