Department - HR & Adminstration

Responsible for managing the reception of the company

Maintenance of inward and outward registers

Vehicle coordination and supply chain management support

Office maintenance and staff discipline

Regulate staff and visitor entries and exits

Maintain various registers and records

Office discipline and staff access

Maintenance of visitors' records and guest management

Coordinate inward and outward movement and ensure proper documentation by keeping registers

Attend calls and divert to appropriate team members

Coordinate internal and external communication with various internal and external clients

Maintaining Staff Movement Register.

Company Vehicle Management.

Co Ordination with various factory/units.

Mobile and landline Bill Verification.

Stationery Purchase, Stock keeping & movement.

Any other secretarial and incidental duties and responsibilities

Qualification and Experience



Degree or Diploma

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in

Excellent communication skill (oral and written)

Pleasing personality

Proactive

Team building

Punctual

Planning

Multitasking& result oriented

Knowledge of computers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
