Navjyoti India Foundation, a not-for-profit society, was established in 1988 by 16 serving officers of the Delhi Police under the leadership of Dr. Kiran Bedi, India's first female IPS officer, with the primary aim of preventing crime through welfare policing.

Position: Full-Time
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting
will be responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting financial processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. Key duties include maintaining financial records, processing payroll, handling vendor relations, and assisting in audits and regulatory filings. The role also involves scheduling meetings, logistics support for events, and managing office supplies.

Executive - Administration and Accounts
should possess strong organisational and multitasking skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy in financial reporting, and the ability to manage deadlines are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Effectively manage financial operations, including handling transactions, payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, supporting accurate financial reporting and policy compliance.
Efficiently manage and organize all financial and administrative documents to ensure accurate, systematic filing and timely retrieval. Regularly update and verify databases to maintain precise tracking of all transactions.
Assist with both internal and external audits by supplying accurate financial information and ensuring all documentation is current and complete.
Ensure cleanliness, security, and safety of the facilities, machineries and equipment.
Qualification/Skills Required:
Administrative management, Accounts management, and Financial reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Accounting software
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Experience in managing budgets and financial planning
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
