1. Supervise daily office facilities operations (housekeeping, pantry, security, and maintenance).
2. Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and service agreements.
3. Handle repairs, maintenance of office infrastructure, and AMC tracking.
4. Oversee workplace safety, fire drills, and compliance with building regulations.
5. Coordinate with HR and Admin for new joiner desk allocation and seating arrangements.
6. Manage office inventory, supplies, and purchase requests within budget.
7. Support relocation, renovation, or expansion projects.
8. Ensure proper functioning of utilities (electricity, HVAC, water, networking).
9. Handle services including transport, cafeteria, and visitor management.
10. Maintain documents and reports for facility operations and budget utilization.
11. Coordination with various departments - Finance, Marketing, HR, Technical teams for the various facilities related requests and queries.
12. Should work on travel and accommodation arrangement, VISA process etc. based upon the Business need.
Requirements
Languages Mandatory - Kannada, English (Read, speak and write). Hindi or other languages will be add on.
Working - Monday to Saturday
Male candidate is eligible for this position.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Facilities Management / related field.
3-4 years' experience in facilities and administrative operations.
Preferable work experience in IT or Manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge and experience in facility management processes and vendor coordination.
Good communication, negotiation, able to manage security and housekeeping staff.
Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools.
Understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) standards.
Exposure of audits and have knowledge or experience in working as per ISO or CMMi standards.
