Handle daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage office supplies, equipment, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
Maintain documents, files, and ensure proper physical and digital filing systems.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, services, and negotiate quotations.
Support various departments with administrative and operational requirements.
Handle emails, calls, communication, and schedule meetings or appointments.
Assist HR with attendance tracking, leave records, and onboarding support.
Manage petty cash, prepare basic expense reports, and support invoice processing.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in the workplace.
Organize internal events, meetings, and make travel arrangements when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Oversee and manage day-to-day parking operations within the premises.
Coordinate with parking staff/security to ensure smooth vehicle movement.
Maintain parking records, daily collection reports, and occupancy logs.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
Monitor entry and exit points to ensure proper usage and safety.
Ensure parking rules, safety guidelines, and company policies are followed.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs of parking machines, barriers, lighting, and signage.
Work with management to improve parking efficiency and resolve operational issues.
