Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic
Executive - Admin
with minimum
1 Year
of experience in Recruitment and Admin to support
Recruitment and HR operations
while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, leave data and provide payroll inputs.
Support employee engagement activities and policy implementation.
Handle administrative tasks such as vendor coordination, travel arrangements and office management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and Administration.
Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
