About the Role:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum CRM Executive to handle administrative operations and ensure effective customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will support both office management and client servicing activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, vendor coordination, and office management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software. Handle client inquiries, provide resolutions, and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to meet client requirements. Prepare reports, track renewals, and assist in payment follow-ups. Ensure smooth communication and support across internal teams and clients.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent. 6Month to 1years of experience in Administration/CRM. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
