Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with expertise in timekeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timekeeping systems, ensuring accuracy in employee time records, and providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. The Administrative Assistant - Timekeeping Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient timekeeping processes and supporting the overall administrative functions of the company.

Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain timekeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Process and review employee timecards, timesheets, and attendance records on a regular basis.
  • Identify discrepancies or errors in time records and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Assist employees with timekeeping inquiries, providing guidance on procedures and policies.
  • Generate reports on time and attendance data for management review.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee time data for payroll purposes.
  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations pertaining to timekeeping and attendance.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with department heads to address any timekeeping issues or concerns.
  • Participate in training sessions to educate employees on timekeeping policies and procedures.
